Alex was one of the main presenters of BBC3's flagship documentaires, "Liquid Assets" - they consist of interviews with up to 20 contributors and are filmed all over the world. This follows a four year stint as one of the main reporters on "Liquid News". Not only was she based in LA for a year, covering events such as the Oscars and undertaking live broadcasts six days a week, but she was also the main reporter for the Cannes film festival, The Brits and numerous Leicester Square premieres. This job was very much ‘hands on’, requiring her to producer, research, write and edit her own packages to daily and often hourly deadlines.
She has also worked as a news presenter Century Radio in Newcastle and for Unique Broadcasting.
Alex currently presents the entertainment slot on News 24 at 6.30pm and 9.20pm. |
