Tim Shaw
Tim Shaw
Branded as "The UK's answer to Howard Stern", a title which he rejects, Tim has become known as The Liberator of UK radio. He is the most printed about DJ in the country and has hit the International headlines on numerous occasions during his career.

Over the past 10 years, Tim has broken more radio rules and had more upheld complaints than any other European broadcaster. He currently sits in third position in the world ranking of most controversial broadcasters in history. Having worked and been fired from over 13 radio stations including BRMB (where he replaced Jezza), Century FM, Magic Radio and Hallam FM, he has now turned his recklessness into comedy genius.

Currently presenting the Breakfast Show on Kerrang 105.2, Tim has just scooped up 3 'Gold' Awards at the New York Festival Radio Awards 2007 - Best Regularly Scheduled Comedy Programme (Tim Shaw's Asylum, Kerrang), Breakfast Show / Morning Entertainment Category (Breakfast Show deps, Kiss 100) & Talk Special (The Holocaust interview with Kitty Hart-Moxon). Another outstanding achievement was being awarded EMAP's most prestigious award, the 2005 Entertainment Award, by Dee Ford - who 8 years ago, signed a cheque to pay the radio authorities a fine of £50,000 for his broadcasts.

Tim claims that becoming a father of two daughters and being married to a strong woman (who sold his Lotus Esprit on Ebay for 50p) has most definitely had a positive effect on his career.

He is currently filming stunts for the third series of Channel 4's, "Balls of Steel" (Objective TV).

Despite trying to deny it, Tim has two First Class Honours degrees, 3 A-grade A-levels and 10 A-grade GCSEs.
