CHRIS forbes
Christian Forbes is a Comedian, Actor and Writer. As a comedian Christian is a regualr on the UK circuit and has also appeared at the Legendary Yuk Yuk’s comedy club in Toronto, Canada. As well as being a regular act and compere for The Stand Comedy Clubs in Scotland, he also produces a night of comedy at the Glasgow venue called, The Fun Junkies. Christain is a popular act on the music festival circuit too, performing comedy at both the Wickerman festival and Belladrum festival (where is was the compere of the comedy tent) He is also a member of the critically acclamied Scottish Sketch group, ‘How Do I Get Up There?’ who are currently in development with TalkBack thames.
Christian is highly respected by his peers and as such he has been invited to support some great acts such as Phil Nichol, Kevin Eldon, Daniel Sloss and Des Clarke.
Christian’s alter Ego - Damien Crow - is also a stand up comedian and actor who, after a critically acclamied debut glasgow festival show, is currently in development with The Comedy Unit. “gloriously miserable” - The List. He makes his Edinburgh Festival Debut this year.
Christian has many strings to his bow. Being a Former scotland Basketball Internationalist and an award winning accoridan player are testiment to that.
